What negative programming within yourself have you been avoiding and why?
Pick a negative program that you’ve been working on and report what changes you have made in yourself.
If you were to describe your ideal self to another, what are the 3 most important qualities you would name?
When you think of being “free,” how do you feel? What do you think?
When you meditate, do you have positive thoughts and feelings or possibly negative thoughts and feelings?
Please write the answers to these questions down and bring them to class to discuss with others. Remember that everything that we discuss is confidential and stays within the walls of the room.
