Heal and Be Healed Class

In this class, you will learn to heal yourself and dissolve the barriers that keep you disconnected. You will reconnect with deep, loving ways which will bring you a greater sense of joy and peace. You will begin to see your life differently—full of color, sound and activity.
Furthermore, you will learn several techniques that will enable you to help others see and feel a better part of themselves.
Class will be on Saturday afternoon: 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Light snacks will be served.
