When you think of yourself, what do you think of? Is it your beautiful red hair, or your wonderful tan skin, or your irresistible smile?
As you study metaphysics, do you ever wonder if there is more to you than what you can see and feel with your five senses? Could there be an essence of you that is consistently operating in your life that never changes and is always there impressing you with wisdom and common sense? Perhaps you have become aware of this essence, yet it may seem fleeting—where you cannot quite grab a hold and get all the benefits available to you.
In this class, you will be connecting your conscious, three-dimensional mind to your ever-present Spiritual Mind. You will also learn how to contact this finer body of intelligence and energy for your benefit. Furthermore, you will be able to contact what we are calling your Spiritual Self whenever you need a higher form of guidance. You will learn to trust this energy and guidance as a resource to know what is highest and best for you in any situation in your life.
You will take part in meditations, breathing exercises and new concepts of reality, that will be defined and introduced to you in a way that will allow you the ability to open to these new ideas.
Now is the time to begin to open and activate your God-given connection to the Universe in an atmosphere of loving support and lighthearted fun!
