In these classes, you will dig deeper into unwanted negative thoughts, feelings and programs, and learn new ways to release them through meditation and other exercises. You will learn the value of recognizing only positive, life-giving thoughts, feelings and emotions. By using these insights, you will begin to dissolve deep negative patterns, and experience a new kind of inspiration, love, prosperity, and a sense of well-being.

Transforming yourself through love, you will develop a different, more positive idea of who you are and what you are about, as you shed the negative programs that blocked you from experiencing your true spiritual nature.
